This project involved converting 5 nr small managed offices located on the 1st floor of an office block into one large office space. The challenge with this scheme was the short timescales, we had a very minimum lead in time and just 3 weeks on site. Handover over was then very shortly after during the Christmas period. All was completed to a very high standard despite the tight schedule.

The construction works included the following:-

• Strip out of all finishes.
• Removal of partition walls
• Completion of a glass wall to form the Meeting Room
• Completion of a new Data Room.
• Form a Kitchen / Staff Area
• Small Power and Lighting Works
• Mechanical works
• Fitted Furniture
