Working with the client, this project was taken from a Design Development stage to produce a package where a fixed price could be obtained working under a design and build contract. The works involved the fitting out of a complete floor within an occupied 4 storey building in central Milton Keynes. 

The project involved working closely with Heart FM radio station based directly above the office refurbishment and below AHU plant installed on the roof so not to interfere with broadcasting.

The construction works carried out included the following:

• Strip out all redundant fixtures and fittings

• New glass and solid partitions formed to create a new layout

• New ventilation system including a new AHU

• Modification of existing A/C system including additional units to suit new layout

• New underfloor electrical services providing power and data

• Modification of existing and installation of new LED lighting

• New break room including services

• Internal finishes
