This project was for the construction of a new extension to form a new library area including refurbishment of existing areas of the school. The main construction works were completed during the school holidays, with the internal fit out and refurbishments being complete during the autumn term time.

The construction works carried out included the following:

• New superstructure including curtain walling / structural glazing

• Single ply roof coverings

• Aluminium Rainwater Goods

• Internal walls, partitions and ceiling finishes

• Toilet refurbishment & formation of new reception areas

• Bespoke fitted furniture

• M&E installations

• External hard and soft landscaping
