This scheme involved the complete strip out and refurbishment of existing changing room facilities for a local college, primarily carried out during the school summer holidays.

The construction works included the following:-

• Replacement floor screed
• New M&E installations
• Ceramic Tiling
• Replacement Sanitaryware
• Floor wall and ceiling finishes
• Installation of fitted furniture
