This scheme was for the creation of an Endoscopy Clinic within the shell of an existing retail unit located in a pedestrian shopping area. The project required close co-ordination with the local authority and landlord to avoid disruption to neighboring retail premises.

• Forming new stair well and install staircase
• Lift installation
• Floor wall and ceiling finishes
• Glazed Partitions
• WC and kitchen areas
• M&E Installations inclusive of roof top plant
• IPS Units
• Fixtures and Fittings
