This project involved the upgrading of the external envelope and heating services, and was completed on a phased arrangement maintaining the live operation of the school

The construction works carried out included the following:

  • Replacement roof covering

  • Removal of existing windows and doors

  • Installation of new windows and doors

  • Making good internal and external areas affected

  • Replacement heating infrastructure

  • Replacement internal screens

  • Minor M&E alterations
