This project entailed the complete refurbishment of an existing ward to create a new 25-bedroom rehabilitation ward including bedrooms, WC’s, wet-rooms, dining & lounge areas, kitchens and stores.

Works were completed over an extremely challenging 9-week period including out of hours and weekend working to ensure critical go live dates were achieved.

The construction works carried out included the following:

• Strip out, demolition and internal reconfigurations

• Drainage alterations

• Floor, wall and ceiling finishes

• Fit out kitchen areas

• Internal door replacement

• Sanitary ware and IPS replacements

• Wall protection

• Fixture and fittings
