This project was a pre-designed competitive tender scheme which included the full refurbishment of a 4500m² call centre. All works were carried out during night shifts so that the Call centre could remain operational during the day

The construction works carried out included the following:

• Replacement of ceiling tiles

• Decorations throughout

• Installation of new kitchens

• New carpet tiles and vinyl flooring

• General M&E works
