M&O were engaged to undertake the extensive refurbishment scheme of approx. 23,500 ft2 over 6 floors and 140+ rooms which comprised a full fit out of the basement area to create MRI, Mammography and Ultrasound facilities along with refurbishment works to the remaining floor space comprising of consulting rooms, treatment rooms, offices and ancillary spaces, all delivered within a challenging 44-week programme​

The listed status and ornate features of the building required careful planning, care, and attention to detail to ensure the characteristics of the building were maintained which was further supplemented by bespoke feature joinery and fixture & fittings.​​

The construction works included the following:-​

• RF Cage and specialist fit-out for MRI installation​
• Specialist fit-out for Mammography and Ultrasound installation​
• Extensive M&E installation​
• Bespoke fitted furniture, fixtures and fittings​
• Extensive decoration and floor finishes work​
