Overview

This project involved the refurbishment and remodelling of existing areas to create a new medical clinic and associated hair and beauty room within an existing Health Club. The facility remained live during the works so close co-ordination with the end user and careful planning of the works were key to delivering the scheme.

The construction works included the following:-

• Demolition and strip out of existing areas
• New ceilings and partitions to create new layout
• Floor wall and ceiling finishes
• M&E Installations
• Fixtures and Fittings.
• Alterations to DDA access ramp
