This project involved the forming of a new Clinic within the shell of an existing building, spread over two floors. The project was a full design and build from concept to completion on a negotiation basis and subsequently value-engineered to meet the clients budget

The construction works included the following –

• New ceilings and partitions to create new layout

• Floor wall and ceiling finishes

• Glazed Partitions

• WC and kitchen areas

• M&E Installations inclusive of roof top plant

• IPS Units

• Fixtures and Fittings
