We’re excited to share some big news—M&O has secured new premises that will soon become our new Head Office, located in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
This marks a major milestone in our journey as we continue to grow and invest in the future of the business. Over the coming months, we’ll be undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment and transformation of the site, which will include:
- The extension of office space with the addition of a mezzanine floor
- The creation of approximately 5,000 sq ft of modern office space
- Over 6,500 sq ft of dedicated storage space
This significant investment will provide us with a contemporary, centralised base of operations—one that better supports the evolving needs of our team and enables us to enhance service delivery for our clients across the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
More than just a move, this development represents a bold step forward in M&O’s journey—ensuring we’re well-positioned for continued growth and success.
And with our 25th year in business approaching in 2025, the timing couldn’t be better.
