A UK first!
Our team have just completed works on a new ‘Quench-less’ Siemens Healthineers MRI Scanner (FreeMax) within St Thomas Hospital, the first one in the UK.
We were instructed to redevelop an existing office space and preparation area whilst working considerately with the live hospital. This consisted of the removal of existing internal walls to form a new layout to facilitate the Siemens Quench Pipe free MRI scanner, including a new Control Room, Equipment room and a Preparation area. The installation also consisted of new ventilation , new dedicated power supplies and medical gases.
